We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Returns
If you receive damaged package or damage of item/items , that item/items may be returned for a refund of the purchase price. All returns must be made within 14 days from original shipping date. Return shipping charges will be incurred by the customer. All returns must be in original packaging and include a return authorization number obtained online.
Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. Please note: Banks often take one to two billing periods before refunds appear on your credit card statement.
